Location is ideal and unfailingly friendly staff made my stay very very good. Warm breakfast, good service. Panoramic view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Enjoyed early check-in and late check-out. Cute place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other family-run hotels. I loved its really comfortable building. Wonderfully helpful staff, amazing experience. Having a swimming pool and the oyster bar was a bonus.

I had terrific days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. Staff and location, all was outstanding! Comfortable bedroom and very comfy beds. The pool was well-maintained and the garden - lovely.

It was reasonably priced. All good - I liked my stay - food was good and my bed was incredible. Fully equipped hotel, extremely pleasant, appropriate rooms. The swimming pool was what I needed.

Scenic gulf views, delicious food. I really enjoyed a minimalist decor and dark furniture. Whatever my needs were the very professional staff were eager to help to fulfill them. Top location at walking distance from Corazon de Mexico. Visited few places in the centre, not too far from the hotel.

had peaceful stay overall, perfectly adequate place and the weather was such warm. i enjoyed that the design was modern. staff were more than helpful and overall they are always polite people. the hotel was not far from - cozumel and ferry to cozulmel thanks to its isolated location.

The whole atmosphere of this quiet hotel was good! It was cold sometimes, but a fan helped us to warm up. It's feet from Fives Rooftop with nice drinks and cocktails.

King room had all necessary amenities. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Stopped by hard rock cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's extremely close to the venue, recommend. The place was great value.
